The difference in the Hunter I and Hunter II is the riser design.  The Hunter II has a more deflexed riser, which is more forgiving of shooter/form error, but a tad slower than the Hunter I.  The limbs are interchangeable between the two, but the poundage will change a little between the risers.

The Sabre was designed as a serious target bow, although it will also work well for a hunting bow.  It has a longer, heavier riser, and a much larger sight window.  Fast and forgiving, with good mass weight even with standard woods.
